These Terms and Conditions are applicable to Cambridge Publishing House.

Copyright
Clients will retain complete copyright for the content produced for them, and it will be delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. We will have no rights over the content. Therefore, clients are free to publish as they desire.

Payment

• We require 100% payment upfront and in advance for all services provided.
• Any transaction charges and taxes will be the responsibility of the client.

Revisions

• We provide infinite revisions for the work we produce. However, the request for them needs to be made within 7 days of delivering the work. In certain cases, we also accommodate requests made within 14 days.
• We will complete revisions as urgently as possible, considering the urgency.

Project Requirements

• All project requirements must be clearly discussed with clients before the project begins.
• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

• Clients are entitled to a full refund of the paid amount before we commence work on the project. However, after the work has begun, the terms will change, and the refund will be processed after applicable deductions have been made.
• Refunds aren't permitted for clients who've signed up for discounted or limited-time promotions.
• The client can submit refund requests if they are not satisfied with a service or project offered by Cambridge Publishing House, provided the request is made within five days of the order completion date.
• A portion of the refund will be reimbursed if we fail to provide any service due to our infinite revision policy.
• If we receive no refund request within 5 days of delivering your order, we will assume satisfaction.
